A Dickinson man is in custody after allegedly threatening his neighbor with a handgun, which prompted a response from the Southwest Tactical SWAT Team. Police say Joshua Russell had broken into the neighbor’s home and pointed a handgun at him, pushed him to the ground, threatened to kill him, and then went looking in the man’s basement saying he was “searching” for someone before leaving the home. Russell surrendered to authorities without further incident faces a list of charges and will be back in court on October 21st.
