Better-Than-Expected Weather Coming To Our Region

By Seth Dunlap Sep 20, 2024 | 9:12 AM

The summer temperatures may be sticking around a bit longer than previously expected. High temperatures across North Dakota had been expected to dip down into the 50s by next week, but a rapidly-changing weather forecast now calls for highs in the mid-to-upper 70s for the weekend and most of next week. Those working harvest are getting good news, with skies expected to remain clear and dry through next weekend, with no wet weather systems expected to impact our region. The air quality should also remain in the healthy-to-moderate zone, as smoke from the Canadian and California wildfires is pushed away from the Dakotas.
