Law enforcement are searching for three-year-old Alliyah Evans, who was last seen being taken by a woman at the Lake Street Target store near Minneapolis on Sunday. Evans is three-foot-five and 35 pounds, and wearing black jeans and a white t-shirt when last seen on camera. The woman who allegedly took the girl is an un-identified 32-year-old bi-racial woman who was wearing a tie-dye shirt and grey spandex or leggings. Minnesota State Patrol say the mother doesn’t believe the child’s life in in danger with the woman, but wants her daughter back. Anybody with information is asked to contact MSP at (651) 201-7100.
