First Fall Frosts May Come This Week To The Dakotas

Fall temperatures will being cooling our region this week.  A cold front moving into the Dakota’s may bring the first fall frosts to our area.   The National Weather Service says overnight lows in the eastern section of North Dakota could drop into the 30’s this week.  Lows in the 40s are likely to be seen across the rest of the state and into Minnesota and South Dakota.  Remember to bring pets and plants indoors when frosts are expected.   A red flag warning has also been issued for North Dakota, with high winds gusting up to 55 miles an hour through early Tuesday.
