A Grand Forks man is facing 20 years in prison if he’s convicted of charges he initiated sexual contact with a young girl. Allen Timothy Dunn was arrested Tuesday and charged with two felony counts of gross sexual imposition. According to court documents, Dunn allegedly assisted a four-year-old girl while she was in the restroom when he worked as a church volunteer in 2011. He allegedly committed the same act at a family Super Bowl party in 2013 when the girl was six-years-old..
